    Missing items - No contact from the support email

    I was so excited to get this planner, but disappointed that they only sent the insert. Mistakes happen and I totally get that, but it's been 3 weeks and I have yet to get a response to my email asking for the rest of my order to be shipped. Someone on social media did reply to me to let me know they'd flag this to the support email and still I heard nothing. The insert is kind of useless without the cover too because its all just paper, it's not a hard cover (so it would get wrecked in a bag). Kind of a waste of almost $60 CDN and I'm super disappointed.

    Oh & I just noticed that they changed the ''what I am grateful for today'' to ''morning affirmation'' and the ''highlight of the day'' to ''evening reflection''. Honestly, the previous planner was way better!! How are you suppose to make a reflection in one line? I feel like these are useless compared to the previous ones... :(

    Ordered a refill

    Hi, I've been buying my planners here for a while now and I can't live without it...BUT I just received my new refill and I was disappointed to realize there's no more section at the beginning to write our reflections & goals for the year. It was literally the reason why I was buying from here.. It was my favorite part of the planner, as I could go back at the end of the year to see if my manifestations & goals were achieved. What a bummer :(

    I bought this planner for the cover because it's SO aesthetic and I can't find anything else like it. Truly one of a kind. The planner itself is also great! Meets my everyday planner needs. This planner truly makes planning more exciting!
