PLANNER RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns and all planners are final sale. In the case that your product arrives damaged, please email support@nitsanraiter.com with photographs of the product and our team will assist you right away.
COURSES RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In respect of our students, the information and insight shared in this course are the kind that once unlocked, there’s no going back. As a digital product, we handle return requests on a case by case basis and will only consider returns for those who submit a request within 48h of purchase and have not completed more than two lessons. Please email support@nitsanraiter.com to submit a return request.
